PCDC

PCDC injections, also commonly referred to as PCDC lipolysis, mesotherapy, and lipodissolve, are made up of phosphatidylcholine (PC) and deoxycholate (DC), both of which already naturally occur in the body. When injected, the combined power of this mixture can permanently reduce and dissolve stubborn pockets of body fat. It works similarly to Kybella. PCDC is commonly used for double chin, stubborn “bra fat” area, love handles, and even abdominal fat

Patient’s 18+ who have small stubborn pockets of fat that have not gone away with traditional diet and exercise, people who carry excess submental fat under their chin Or are bothered by “bra fat” area, love handles, etc. 

You will first require a consult to see if you are a candidate for this medication as you must have a pocket of fat that can be pinched to inject. Once the area for treatment has been identified, the PCDC mixture is injected into the subcutaneous fat in a grid-like pattern. It then gets to work destroying the membranes of the fat cells, allowing them to absorb the PCDC. This causes the fat cells to become temporarily inflamed, harden, and burst, triggering them to release their contents. From there, the fat and cellular debris are broken down and eventually eliminated by the body’s natural responses. PCDC is commonly used for double chin, stubborn “bra fat” area, love handles, and even abdominal fat. There WILL be redness, bruising, tenderness, and swelling to the areas injected that starts within an hour of injection as the medicine begins working. This will be much more noticeable in the chin area for 3-4 days while other body areas will be swollen and tender but easier to hide under clothes.
