CONSULTATIONS

This is for new patients as a great way to meet me, get to know one another, learn your goals, and assess your options. We will discuss services I provide, pricing, and can create a long term aesthetic plan for you. Consistency and patience is the way to go in aesthetics as we aim to keep a natural appearing result and may need to complete procedures in stages. This consult is complementary and there is no pressure to buy. 

After you book, login to the patient portal link sent to you via email and text when your appointment was booked. Here you will find consent forms to fill out and a short medical questionairre to obtain your previous medical and surgical history along with medications and allergies, etc. Please have this done PRIOR to your appointment so the doctor may have time to review it and prepare for your appointment.
